Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

DonnyGrain™ purchase options, including subscription and recurring orders, may be canceled at any time before the next order is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed, payment has been captured, or the order has entered fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation requests before the next scheduled order.

Canceled subscriptions will not be charged for future orders after the cancellation has been successfully processed.

Because DonnyGrain™ is a food product, opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.
